Welcome to Diamond Caves V1.8!

Most of all this is a bugfix for V1.7.

Changes:
- PAL-mode now runs flickerfree due to VBI-timing
- Interlace-modes and DBL-modes are now both supported correctly
- some minor internal optimizations
- no more probles with keyboard delay in the game


There are other new versions out:

DiamondEdit1.2 :
- fixed small bug in Emerald Mine Level Import
- mousepointer is no longer visible while testing

DiamondPrefs1.2 :
- you're now able to choose between VBI-timing and timer.device
  (this is for expert users only, the program will automatically
   adust to your system configuration)
- fixed small bug in preferences-loading
- window now fits on a 640x200 screen

Remember that you need a registered version of Diamond Caves to run the
Diamond Tools without limits.
